Upper Main Street Clothesline

This sculpture was built with six kinetic discs suspended on a steel cable between two swaying upright poles. The discs were fashioned from 22-gauge mild steel and fitted bearings with finishes ofe brightly colored powder coats and enamel paints. Colloquially known as “The Big Blue Bear,” the artist has described “I See What You Mean” as a stylized representation of native fauna.
